I am a self proclaimed introvert who loves to be a couch potato and marathon through Anime and Korean dramas. My personal best was in 2012, when I re-watched 246 episodes of Naruto and Naruto Shippuden in 10 days, depriving myself of sleep and sanity. But I promise there are plenty of times when I am productive and sane. Writing used to be my only useful hobby and I used to pay my bills by creating technical content. But soon enough I made a switch to User experience and design.
Surely, I only started noticing design problems while working on the documentation of complex products. The experiences of users succumbing to bad designs also made me introspect on my own struggles with technology; especially my frustration with booking bus tickets on www.ksrtc.in. For the first time in my life, I discerned that maybe I was not as stupid as these products made me feel! So, I decided that I would do something that would make people like me feel less stupid and frustrated. I enrolled in the Masters in Information program at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor to learn user experience.
